Creatine is possibly the largest selling supplement worldwide.

We do not believe that it should be.  Once loaded only a little creatine is utilised and this is all that you need for training purposes.  This is taken care of with Species 849 and Pansperrmia.

However, you do need to load up and for this you need a tub of Guardian.  Remember, The Guardian contains our Patent Pending Rehydration factor which prevents the muscle site dehydration from conventional creatine.  Many creatine in the past have caused muscle tears and kidney stress.

TO LOAD

  • Take bodyweight in KG and divide that by 5.  That would be 20 for a 100kg person.
  • That means 20g a day for 5 days
  • Then half that for 10 days which is 10g a day for 10 days

 

Once loaded.  You have more than just a creatine dose for muscular contraction.  You have a guardian against muscle tissue loss.  In the event that protein is running short from the muscle cells your metabolism will use its creatine reserves before its muscle tissue to replenish vital amino acids.

For this reason staying loaded is a good anti-catabolic strategy.
