Personal Bio

Daz came to Team Biohazard directly after the British Championships last October (2006), asking if we could transform him into a ‘beast’. He had been disappointed in many ways with his showing at the British Champs (competing at 220lbs, average condition, and not placing top six).

Since joining Team Biohazard we have totally changed his outlook and approach to training, nutrition and supplementation. So much so that he started dieting for his first appearance with Team Biohazard six weeks out from the Portsmouth show. He entered that show and shocked everybody. Weighing in on the day at 268 lbs, dry, full and shredded (that’s an improvement of 48 lbs of muscle and better condition) , we must add this was all achieved over a period of five months. This could not have been possible if we did not show our dedication to Daz through out this time and not forgetting the immense effort he himself  put in.

Daz gives it a 110% in the sport of bodybuilding and is always wanting to achieve bigger and better things in the sport, and we at Team Biohazard want to be part of seeing this future pro dominate his weight class.

We are now back in the gym growing some more ready to shock people again in the coming shows…..

His strong points are overall size, huge legs and we mean huge, delts and calves.

Over the next year we hoping to achieve things beyond Darren’s expectations and also gain his Pro Card

New Note

After competeing in the British Championships and winning the heavy weights class Darren has decided to go in a different direction and leave Team Biohazard. We at Team Biohazard wish him all the best in his journey in becoming a Pro.

And would like to add that we were very pleased with the transformation in the year he was involved with us.

Examples of the athletes training, day to day routines of preparing for contests will be added soon
